Titan Poker.com
is part of the iPoker network. Its software was developed by Playtech, a publicly-traded company that has been a
part of the online gaming industry for years. The software is simple to use and very clean looking with great graphics.
Playing on Titan Poker is almost like playing in a casino (or at least a video game with great graphics). The table and
background looks as if you are in a real poker room. They have avatars that actually move with the click of your mouse.
Players will also verbally declare their action by saying "call" or "raise." If you find the verbal
declarations distracting, you may turn the volume down (or off) by clicking the options tab. You also have the option to play
without the avatars, but honestly I don't know why anybody would. The game is so much fun to play and watch with them in it.
Some other highlights include multi-table game play and full-screen viewing mode, but one of the features I like
best is their personal statistics. While playing at the table, you can click on the statistics button and a screen
pops up with the most detailed stats I have ever seen on an online cardroom. It tells you how many flops you have
seen, how many hands you won, all of the actions you have taken, where you folded your hands and much more.
You can also take notes on players by clicking their name and typing any pertinent information that you might need in the
future. Every time you meet the player on their tables, your personal notes are there for your viewing. If the player is
somebody that you would like to play with again and again (could be a personal friend or your favorite donkey), you can
mark the player as your buddy. You can check the status of your buddy (buddies) every time you log onto the site.
Titan Poker.com offers Texas Holdem (No Limit, Limit and Pot Limit), Omaha (Limit and Pot Limit), Omaha Hi-Lo (Limit
and Pot Limit), Seven Card Stud, and Five Card Stud. They also have a nice selection of tournaments including multi-tables
(some with rebuys) and sit n' go's. They spread games in a variety of limits, but their low limit tables are some of the
best in the industry. New players can find games as small as $0.02-$0.04 if they want to test the waters.
The site offers fine customer service, with dedicated support 24 hour support.
The software is available in many different languages including English,
German,
French,
Spanish,
Danish, Polish,
Italian, Finnish, and
Norwegian.
Also see review in Swedish and
Portuguese. They do not accept players from the United States.
