Fifth Street
1. In flop games, it is the final board card.
2. The fifth card in Stud

Also known as “the river” card, fifth street can often make or break a player’s holding, ending the hand in dramatic fashion.

In Stud games, Fifth Street is the third card dealt face up, and is a significant card because the betting amount doubles to the “big bet” at that point in the hand. It is common for players holding very strong Stud hands (i.e. – “rolled up”) to wait until fifth street to check-raise, as they will earn more big bets as opposed to leading out early in the hand when bets are half value.

Also, Positively Fifth Street is a poker book written by James McManus.
